Why I Built Odin’s Forge Fitness

Odin’s Forge Fitness was built on one simple truth:
Strength isn’t found, it’s forged.

I help people rebuild themselves through discipline, structure, and purpose.
Not quick fixes. Not empty motivation.
Real, sustainable progress that carries beyond the gym.

My approach comes from real experience through service, injury, recovery, and rebuilding.

I’ve seen what happens when structure is missing… and what’s possible when it’s applied the right way.

That’s why every plan here blends science-based training with a disciplined, no-BS approach to progress.

This is for people ready to turn pain into progress,
build a structure where there was chaos,
and develop strength that actually lasts.

Not just physically, but mentally too.

Meet Your Coach

Marine veteran. NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.

More importantly, someone who’s had to rebuild from the ground up.

After a spinal fusion, I found myself in unfamiliar territory, unable to train the way I once did. The structure, the strength…even the identity of being an athlete felt out of reach. Recovery wasn’t just physical. It became a test of patience, discipline, and will.

Then I met Storm, my service dog, through a veteran program at Big Dog Ranch Rescue. She pulled me out of a dark place and reminded me that discipline isn’t just about the gym…it’s about showing up, even when it’s hard.

We rebuilt together one step at a time.

Through training, consistency, and rebuilding from the ground up, I lost nearly 70 pounds
and rediscovered balance physically and mentally.

That journey became Odin’s Forge Fitness,
a system built through trial, science, and the kind of resilience that only comes from being tested.

Today, Storm and I guide others through their own fire, helping them rise stronger, steadier, and unbroken in spirit.

When the body broke, the mind followed.
I wandered without purpose, carrying more weight than I could lift.
But steel remembers the hammer, and I found my way back to the flame.
Odin’s Forge is where that fire burns now — for anyone ready to be remade.
Through the forge, I found purpose again.
Now I help others do the same — to rise, to endure, to remember what they’re made of.
